At Livinwood, we design and build your wooden house to your taste and desire

The basic construction system of our wooden houses is LWF (Light Wood Frame). This consists of several wooden elements, placed vertically, with spacing between them for the placement of thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as the application of water, electricity and other elements.
Whenever this is not permitted, or the client wants large windows in their wooden house, then we will move on to the post and beam system, which, as the name suggests, will consist of beams and pillars. These will always be properly dimensioned.

When building our wooden houses, we can manufacture walls in the factory and take them to the building site for quick assembly. If access is not possible, we can always cut and treat the various wooden elements in the factory and assemble your wooden house on site. This way, access is no obstacle to having your own wooden house, adapted to your plot and with an architectural design that will meet your tastes and desires.

The versatility of our wooden houses goes beyond architecture: they can also be adapted to any coating and finish. You can opt for wood, stone, ceramic, brick, paint, among others.

As for the doors and windows in our wooden houses, you can choose between aluminium, PVC or wood. Livinwood\\\'s wooden houses accept any window system.

As for insulation, our wooden houses are the best. As the construction system of our wooden houses has gaps in the load-bearing walls, these will be completely filled with insulation. There isn\\\'t a single piece of insulation you can apply to our wooden houses. Cork, hemp, wood fibres, rock wool, polystyrene, polyurethane, sheep\\\'s wool are some of the examples of insulation you can choose to apply to your wooden house.
